They were both children of Nathan Talley Sr. and Nancy Ann Thurmond. The Talleys, Busseys and Butlers intermarried several times. This Elizabeth Bussey was d/o Zadock Bussey (b. 1775 Edgefield Co., SC) and Nancy ? and gd/o George Bussey (b. 1735/38 Calvert, Maryland) and Sebeliah TALLEY.
