FORT DAVIS was son of Lycurgus Jefferson 'Cug' Davis and Mary Alice 'Allie' Miller. Fort was born 1894 in Bandera County, TX.
Fort was a barber all his adult life. He was owner of 5 points barbershop in Kerrville. He married first Ms Pearl Bell about 1916,
daughter of Thomas Tom Bell. He married second Ms Minnie ______ Abt. 1930. He married third Ms Rena Ezell Abt. 1945.
Fort died 1979 in Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas. Updated 3/23/2016.

FORT DAVIS (CUG LYCURGUS JEFFERSON, DAVID FORT, ISAAC) was born November 01, 1894 in poss Bandera County, TX, and died September 17, 1979 in Kerrville, Kerr Co., TX.

He married (1) PEARL BELL June 30, 1916, daughter of THOMAS TOM BELL. She was born Abt. 1892, and died Abt. 1978.

He married (2) MINNIE ______ Abt. 1930.

He married (3) RENA Ezell Abt. 1945. Rena was born 6-6-1907. Rena died some time after 1996 in Canton, TX of Lymphoma.

FORT DAVIS: Fort died in Sid Peterson Hospital in Kerrville TX. He was a Methodist. Owner of 5 points barbershop.

(He divorced Pearl in Brady TX, Divorced Minnie in Hondo TX. said Rena 2-11-1996.)

When Fort died, Rena moved to her home town of Canton TX. They are both buried there.

"When Rena died, her son was living in Ft Worth and he sent me some old photos of Fort Davis in his barber shop. Fort Davis was my grandmother's brother." SRC

Uncle Fort and Waring Davis. Waring was Fort's nephew. Waring was son of Len and Sarah Stitts Davis. On back of photo is written "Taken Nov. 17th, two real Texas ranchers. Ha Ha".

Fort and Rena Ezell Davis. I have no names for the other couple. Maybe someone will email me the names.
