Our family came to Pensacola when a young couple, Thomas H Williams and his wife Annie McCormick from Apalachicola, Florida, moved into town in the early 1870's. Thomas, also know as Tho's, worked as a Bayman until his death in 1918. Most all of his children are buried at St Michaels cemetery. Seems like a lot of our family, once they became of age, would leave Pensacola for opportunities abroad. This, no doubt, happens to every generation across America. Sometimes their children's children begin wo wonder who their ancestors were. I hope this web page will be of help to them!
