There is a fine collection of photographs on file in the Aledo Museum in Mercer County, Illinois, and Nadine Holder has copies of the photos. They were furnished by a descendant of Leon Essley Welch and were found in Sarah Elvira Essley Welch's scrapbook where the above dates were recorded.
