Good evening Paul, unfortunately we can not give you detailed information about our family, because we do not know much about our ancestors.

My grandfather Theodor Olszakowski came from Poland, some region on borders with Ukraine, or the family was originally from Ukraine. He was on forced labor during the WW-II in some village in Germany close to Czech borders. After the WW-II he appeared in Cesky Krumlov and  got married  to my grandma Anna which died two years ago.

Grandfather is still alive, but his mental health is poor. He did not talk about his family or ancestors even before. We asked him several times, but only he told us that some of his brother died in death camps in Germany.

Sincerely Yours, Jan Olsakovsky
