Evangelische Kirche Kaldenkirchen
In September 2000, we will visit this church in Kaldenkirchen which
was originally built in 1672 and has been restored in past years.
The record of the marriage of Paulus Küster and Gertrude Doors
is found in the church records as well as the baptism records of many of their
children. This family came to the colonies in America before 1700.
We will also visit the Evangelical Reformed Church in Sirnach,
Switzerland where my husband's grandparents Ebneter were married in 1890
before coming to the United States in 1891.
