In 1989, the George Little Family Association (GLFA) was created in order to preserve the treasures, artifacts and memories which have been passed down through the years for the benefit of living and future generations.
In 1990, the first weekend reunion brought 350 people to the family homestead in Newbury. A second reunion was held in 1995 and the third reunion was held August 17-19, 2000.
Another aim of the GLFA is to update "The Descendants of George Little who came to Newbury, Mass in 1640", a 620 page history and genealogy published by George Thomas Little in 1882. A number of branches have already been doing this. Nine newsletters and a directory have been produced to share the information that is available.
Reprints of the 1882 genealogy are available for $125. Price Reduced to $100!!
