Obituary

WAYNESBORO, Pa. - F. Adrian Noll, 70, of 231 Highland Ave., died Thursday, Feb. 6, 2003, at his home.

Born Oct. 25, 1932, in Waynesboro, he was the son of the late J. Ralph and Annie B. Carr Noll.

He received his GED in 1983.

He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

He worked at Kahl's Market and Landis Machine Co., both in Waynesboro. He retired in 1998 from Beck Manufacturing in Greencastle, Pa., as a machine operator.

He was a member of Calvary Assembly of God Church in Waynesboro.

He was a member of Joe Stickell American Legion Post 15 in Waynesboro.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, L. Aileen Cauffman Noll; one daughter, Roxanna DeWease of Shippenburg, Pa.; one son, Floyd A. Noll of Waynesboro; one sister, Madalyn Helm of Waynesboro; two grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

He was preceeded in death by one sister, Mabel Royer; and two brothers, Richard Noll and James Noll.

Graveside services will be Sunday at 1:30 p.m. at Burns Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro. The Rev. Walter A. Stuart will officiate.

There will be no public viewing.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of the Good Shepherd, 2700 Luther Drive, Chambersburg, PA 17201.

Arrangements are by Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, Waynesboro.

Adrian Noll was a grandson of Mary Ester Shockey Carr.
