#3. Your site must be in English; I am sorry, but this is the only language I understand well enough to be able to fairly judge your site for an award.

#4. Your site should benefit the web community in some way, people helping other people and sharing, that is what I want to reward!

#5. Your site must be original with no broken links or graphics

#6. Your site must be creative, with more content than a page full of links

#7. Your site must be overall attractive, easy to get around in, labeled well
