Last Will And Testament

of

John Doverspike




I John Doverspike, of the Borough of Hawthorn, County of Clarion, State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, to wit:

First, All my just debts and funeral expences are to be paid out of my personal estate. After these debts and expences have been paid I Second.

Give devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal to have and to hold.

A: My personal estate. All my personal estate is to be divided equally between my five children, Orpha Viola May, Byron Grimm Doverspike, Garnette Bulah Myers, Hazel Zule Carmany, Floyd Fay Domer Doverspike.

But before such a division is made Hazel Huldah Myers, shall receive twenty five dollars for services she rendered me since the death of my wife, her grandmother.

B: My real estate; All of my real estate, consisting of.

1. Lot # 46 size 10 x 160 on Main St, Borough of Hawthorn, County of Clarion State of Pennsylvania ( in our family know as "Henry Kiehl property ) and

2. Lot # 3 next # 2 size 36 x 160 on Main Street, Borough of Hawthorn, County of Clarion, State of Pennsylvania shall be divided equally between my five children named above.

The following shall be the manor of disposal of the first (1st) under B:

The money still due me at the time of my death shall be paid to the executor of this will according to the artical of agreement between me and said Mr Henry Keihl, and he shall divide it equally between my five named children.

The following shall be the manor of disposal of the second (2nd) under B:

After my death this estate shall be sold and the money divided equally among my five named children.

I nominated and appoint Byron Grimm Doverspike of Hawthorn, Clarion County, Pennsylvania, to be the executor of my last will and testement, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

In witness of all this I have signed my name fully concious of what I was doing.

Made this seventeenth day of August, in the year of our Lord, nineteen hundred and twenty six.

Signed, sealed, published, and declared as and for his last will and testement by the above name testator in our presence, who have at his request, and in his presence, and in the presents of each other, signed, our names as witneseses thereto.

I, Byron Grimm Doverspike, do swear that as Executor of the forgoing last will and Testamen of John Doverspike, deceased, I will well and truly administer the goods and chattels, rights and credits of said deceased, according to law, and dilligently and faithfully regard, and well and truly comply with the provisions of the law relating to transfer inheritenance.
