I George Doverspike of North Freedom being of sound mind and memory but knowing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of Death.
Do hereby make and publish my Last Will and Testment.
As to my real Estate I bequeath the house and lot in North Freedom to my beloved wife Mary Doverspike during her life time and after her demise to fall to my legal Heirs and Representatives. And as to the farm its one third of the produce on the farm also to my wife as of one third after my demise to be paid to her after my demise during her life time.
The one thousand Dollars on Sale of Farm to be divided equally between my Heirs after the death of me and my wife Mary Doverspike.
As to my personal property to remain with my wife on the lot. Consisting of Horse Buggy Sleigh ect, and all household furniture to belong to my wife during her life time. And after her death to be sold and the proceeds divided among my Heirs. And the money I have on intrest my wife to have the third Dollars or one third all money left after my funeral expence and just debts are paid.
I hereby appoint Constitute William M. Doverspike my Executor with full power to Execute this my last will and testament with the same power I will have in my lifetime.
