I John. Doverspike of Mahoning Township in the County of Armstrong Farmer Being of reasonable good health of body. And of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this My Will and Testement in manner following that - is to say I order all my just - debts - funeral exspenses and charges of probing this my will Be in the first place fully paid and Satisfied and after payment therof and ever part therof I give and bequeath to Sarah A. Bittinger - now Edwards Two Hundred Dollars the same to be paid to her heirs four equal annual Payments of Fifty Dollars each with out interest the first - payment as part therof is be come due and payable Five Years after the date of my Death the balance to be paid Annually therof after an till the full sums of Two Hunded Dollars are fully paid. And all the rest of residue and remainder of my goods chattels debts ready money Effects and other my Estate what Soever Both real and personal I Give and Bequeath the same and every part and parcel therof unto my beloved Wife Anna. Margaret. Doverspike for her sole use and benifit with full power to Keep or Sell off my Said Estate Either Real or personal just as she sees proper to Do So as the above named bequests are Duly and lawfully lived up to and Paid off and lastly I order and direct That this my last will and Testament Be duly approved and recorded as the law dictates in such cases Also I also hereby revoke and make void all Former and other wills by me at any time here to fore made and declare This only to be my last will and Testment.
