Lewis Doverspike


   
In the name of God amen. I Lewis Doverspike of Mahoning Township, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania. yeoman, being of sound mind an disposing memory, and understanding, do make and publish this my last will and testement, hereby revoking or making void all former wills by me at any time hereafore made.

And first I direct that my body be decently interred and all my just and legal depts paid.

Second I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Amelia Doverspike the use, improvements, and income, of all my measurage lot or tract of land on which my dwelling house is situated all on which owned line, bounded on front public road on east by lands of Craigs & Co. and running back along said line far enough to a contain five acers strong, with the appurtnancas, orchard all.

I also give and bequeath unto her, one house an two milk cows. and all my household and kitchen furniture, including beds beding, carpets, chairs, tables, stoves, dishes ect.

To have and to hold and own, all afore said property, as long as she may live or remain my widow.

And at her death I direct bequeath unto my son Samuel M. two acers which is to include the part homstead or dwelling house stands on or bounded on east side by lands of Craig & Co. and south or from by public road and run back along the garden fence an west far enough to contains said two acers, to have and to hold as his own absolutly.

Provided that he remains home and takes care of my wife Amelia.

And at her death or when she remarries the residue or remainder of my property real personal or mixed shall be devided equally between all my heirs ( including Samuel) then living, share and share alike.

And I herby constitute and appoint my esteemed friend E. V. Marsh sole Executor of this my last will and testement.

In witness wereof I Lewis Doverspike the testator have to this my last will and testment , written on one sheet of paper, set my hand and seal this 23 day of March A. D. 1876.
