Whereas my husband Christian Miller residing in Red Bank Township in said County of Armstrong did on the 24th day of November 1893 on or about 7 o'clock AM of said day leaving goods chattels rights credits and real estate in said County and leaving no last Will and Testement.

I the undersigned Catharine Miller widow of Christian Miller (Deceased) pray you appoint my son A. G. Miller administrator of the Estate of my late husband Christian Miller (Deceased) renouncing to heir the said A. G. Miller all my right to administrater under the intestate laws of Pennsylvania on said estate.
