Article of Ageement between E. H. Doverspike and wife, and J. W. Doverspike and wife of Red Bank Township Armstrong County State of Pennsylvania and their heirs and assigns parties of the first part

C. A. Gruver, C. S. Copenhaver, J. A. Gruver, J. B. Miller, B. O. Kunselman, J. L. Reitz and W. M. Kunselman of the same place parties of the second part

1 - Parties of the first part agree to sell spring or springs of water located on the Farm of E. H. and J. W. Doverspike on the south east side of New Salem to parties of the second part for the sum of fourty dollars ($40.00) paid in lawful money of the United States of America.

2 - Parties of the first part agree to release from all rights and claims whatsoever to parties of the second part for above mentioned water.

3 - Parties of the first part shall grant a right of way for the purpose of constructing a reservoir of sufficent size to hold a supper of water necessary for parties of the second part or their heirs forever.

4 - Parties of the first part shall grant to parties of the second part a right away for pipe line of water across first parties land to resevoir with priviledge of entering said premise at anytime resevoir or pipe line shall need repairing
