This Deed made the eighth day of May in the year nineteen hundred and 16.

Between J. W. Doverspike and Mariah Doverspike his wife of Red Bank County of Armstrong State of Pennsylvania parties of the first part.

And Mary Hilliard of the same place party of the second part.

Witnessth that in consideration of fourty ($40.00) dollars in hand.

All that certain piece of parcel of land situated in the Township of Red Bank Count of Armstrong State of Pennsylvania bounded and described as follows.

Beginning at a post corner of public road leading from New Salem to Dayton Pennsylvania, along lands of G. A. Himes, east 103 feet to a post corner, thence south along lands of J. W. Doverspike 158 feet to an alley or drive way or other lands of J. W. Doverspike, thence along said alley west 113 feet to above mentioned public road, thence along public road 175 feet to the place of beginning.

Containing 1/4 acers more or less having apart of the original J. W. Doverspike Farm.

Shall And Will Warrant And Forever Defend.

The above discribed premises with the hereditaments, and appurtenances unto the said grantors her heirs and assigns against the said grantors, and against everyother person lawfully claiming or who shall hereafter claim the same or any part thereof.
