This Indenture made the fourteenth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fourteen.

Between J. W. Doverspike and Mariah Doverspike his wife of the Township of Red Bank of Armstrong County State of Pennsylvania, parties of the first part and Clair A. Gruver of the same place party of the second part.

Witnesseth:

That the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred Dollars ($100.00) lawful money of the United States of America, unto them well and truly paid by said party of the second part, at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipts, whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns Forever.

All that land or lot of land situated in the Township of Red Bank County of Armstrong State of Pennsylvania.

Bounded and described as follows.

Beginning at a part south along lands of J. W. Doverspike, three hundred twenty (320) feet to a post, thence west along lands of said J. W. Doverspike ninety feet (90) to a Public Road, said road leading from New Salem to Phornix, thence along said road two hundred and fourty seven (247) feet to a bridge, said bridge spaining Mudlic land, thence along said Mudlic land in are easterly course, thence along lands of A.M. Copenhaver. one hundred twelve (112) feet along said road easterly by lands of said A. M. Copenhaver one hundred and ten (110) rods more or less and being a part of the farm of J. W. Doverspike conveyed to by Philip Doverspike deceased.

Together with all sigulars the said, improvements, ways, water courses, rights, liberties, priviledges, hereditaments and appurtenances, whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining and revisions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and also all estate rights title, interest property, claim and demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part, in law, equity or otherwise however, of, in and to the same and every part thereof,

To Have And To Hold said tract of lands hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned, and intented so to be, with the appurtenance, unto said party of the second part his, heirs and assigns, to and for the only proper use behoof of said party of the second part his heirs Forever.

And J. W. Doverspike and Mariah Doverspike parties of the first part, for themselfs their heirs, executors and administrators, do by these presents, convenant, grant agree to and with the said part of second part, his heirs and assigns, that they, the said parties of the first part, and their heirs, all and singular, the hereditiments and promises herein above described and granted or mentioned, and intented so to be, with appurtenances, unto said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, against them, the said parties of the first part, and their heirs, and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the same or any part thereof.

Shall And Will Warrant And Forever Defend.

In Witness Whereof, the said parties of the first part to these presents set hand and seal.

On the 28th day of July A. D. 1914, before me the subscribed, a Justic of the Peace, came the above-named J. W. Doverspike and acknowledge the foregoing Indenture to be his act and deed and desire, the same to be recorded as such.

On this 28th day July 1914 before me A. C. Wiant Justice of the Peace came the above names Mariah Doverspike and acknowledge the above Indenture to be her act and deed, and desire to have it recorded.
