This Indenture made the 24th day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and four.

Between W. H. Shick and Catherine Shick his wife of Bradford Pennsylvania.

Annie L. Shirey and W. M. Shirey her husband of Armstrong County Pennsylvania.

A. C. Shick and Mata Shick his wife of the same place.

Sadie J. Little and Joseph A. Little her husband of the city of Buffalo State of New York and Mary Michael of Jefferson County Pennsylvania, late widow of Joseph Shick (deceased) parties of the first part, and Samuel Michael of Jefferson County Pennsylvania of the second part.

Witnesseth:

That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of two thousand four hundred ($2.400) Dollars lawful money of the United States of America unto them well and truly paid by the party of the second part at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipts whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granded, bargained, sold, alined, enfeoffed, released, conveyed, and confirmed and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns.

All that certain piece percel or tract of land situated in the Township of Red Bank County of Armstrong State of Pennsylvania.

Bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at a post, thence by lands of G. W. Mitchell, now Mitchell heirs west one hundred (100) perceles to a post, thence by lands of B. F. Hess north one hundred and sixty (160) perceles to a post, thence by lands of Jacob Minich and Miles Shirey south one hundred and sixty (160) perceles to the place of beginning.

Containing one hundred acers strict measure and being the same tract of land sold and conveyed by David Keck, Solomam Coleman and A. J. Hunger, guardians of the minor children of Jacob Schaffer (deceased) by order of the Orphan's Court of Armstrong County.

By deed dated March 18 1867 and recorded in the Office for Recording of Deeds in said County on Deed Book Vol. 34 at Page 99 to Joseph Shick whos heirs at law the partie of the first part are.

Subject however to the lower interest of Elizabeth Schaffer now Elizabeth Michael widow of Jacob Schaffer (deceased)

Being the one-third purchase money in said Orphan's Court sale to said Joseph Shick, reserved in the said deed above recited, the interest upon which to be paid to the said Elizabeth Michael during her life time or at her death the principal to go to the lawful heirs of said Jacob Schaffer (deceased) subjected only to such release or quit-claims made by said heirs or any of them to Joseph Shick (deceased) during his life time as by the records of said Court may appear.

Together with all sigulars the said property, improvements, ways, water courses, rights, liberties, priviledges, hereditaments and appurtenances, whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining and revisions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and also all estate rights title, interest property, claim and demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part, in law, equity or otherwise however, of, in and to the same and every part thereof.

To Have And To Hold the said one hundred (100) acers of land improvement, buildings and hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned, and intented so to be, with the appurtenance, unto said party of the second part, heirs and assigns Forever.

The said W. H. Shick. Anna Shirey, A. C. Shick. Sadie L. Little, and Mary Michael, the said parties of the first part, for themselfs their heirs, executors and administrators, do by these presents, convenant, grant agree to and with the said part of second part, his heirs and assigns, that they, the said parties of the first part, and their heirs, all and singular, the hereditiments and promises herein above described and granted or mentioned, and intented so to be, with appurtenances, unto said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, against them, the said parties of the first part, and their heirs, and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the same or any part thereof.
