This Indenture, Made the sixteenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and two.

Between Philip Doverspike of the Township of Red Bank, County of Armstrong and State of Pennsylvania, of the first part and Louisa Doverspike his wife of the Township County and State aforesaid of the second part.

Witnesseth:

That the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of seventy five Dollars lawful money of the United States of America, unto him well and truly paid by said party of the second part, at and before the sealing an delivery of these presents, the receipts, of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns.

All that certain lot of land situated in the Village of New Salem Red Bank Township Armstrong County Pennsylvania Bounded as follows to wit:

Beginning at a post corner on Public Road leading to Milton, thence along said road south ten and one-half perceles to a post, thence by lands of Lousia Doverspike, west sixteen perceles and thirteen feet to a post, thence north east along public road, ten and one half perceles, to a post, thence east by lot of Elias Best thirteen perceles and twelve and one half feet to a post, the place of beginning.

Containing one acre of land stict measure.

Being the same premise Samuel Copenhaver and his wife Margaret A. Copenhaver did by deed dated the 9th day of November 1869 for the consideration therein mentioned, grant, convey, and confirm to Jacob Harman.

Together with all sigulars the said property, improvements, ways, water courses, rights, liberties, priviledges, hereditaments and appurtenances, whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining and revisions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and also all estate rights title, interest property, claim and demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part, in law, equity or otherwise however, of, in and to the same and every part thereof,

To Have And To Hold said lot of land containing one acre of land strict measure with the hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned, and intented so to be, with the appurtenance, unto said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns Forever.

And the said parties of the first part, for his heirs, executors and administrators, do by these presents, convenant, grant agree to and with the said part of second part, her heirs and assigns, against him the said parties of the first part, and his heirs, all and singular, the hereditiments and promises herein above described and granted or mentioned, and intented so to be, with appurtenances, unto said party of the second part her heirs and assigns, against him, the said parties of the first part, and his heirs, and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the same or any part thereof.

Shall And Will Warrant And Forever Defend.

D. 1902 before me, the subscriber one of the Justice of the Peace in and for the County personally came the above named Philip Doverspike who in due form of law acknowledge the forgoing Indenture to be his act and deed, and desire that the same might be recorded as such.
