This Indenture, Made the eigteenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety nine.

Between J. W. Doverspike and wife Catharine Doverspike and Philip Doverspike and wife Lousia Doverspike all of Armstrong County Pennsylvania, parties of the first part and Anna P. Campbell of state and county of aforesaid of the second part.

Witnesseth:

That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of four hundred dollars lawful money of the United States of America, unto them well and truly paid by the said party of the second part, at and before the sealing and delivery of these present, the receipt whereof hereby acknowledged have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release, covey and confirm unto said party of second part her heirs and assigns.

All that certain parcel or track of land situated in the Township of Red Bank and County of Armstrong Pennsylvania.

Bounded and described as follows to wit.

Beginning at a post at the corner of former track on line of Margaret Copenhaver sixteen percels, east to a post, thence along run twenty four percels north to post on bank of run, thence across to Public Road leading to Mc Williams from New Salem 13 5/10 percels west, thence along said public road south 21 5/10 percel to the place of beginning.

Containing two acres more or less the same being part of a larger track conveyed from Peter Hoch and wife to Philp Doverspike Oct 10 1879 recorded December 10th 1881 in Armstrong County and jointly conveyed with three other tracts from Philip Doverspike and wife to the present grandor December 9th A. D. 1890 the same being recorded in the office for the recording of Deeds in Armstrong County Pa in Deed Book Vol. 65 Page 293. December 5 th A. D. 1893 as by reference thereto will more fully and at large appear.

Together with all and singular the said property improvement, ways waters water courses, rights, liberties, privileges, hereditaments, and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and all the estate, right, title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever, of the said parties of the first part, in law equity, or other wise how in and to the same and every part thereof.

To Have And To Hold the said two acres more or less hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned, and intented so to be, with appurtenances, unto the said party us of the second part for her heirs and assigns Forever.

The said part us of the first part for themselves and their heirs executors and administrators do by these presents covenant, grant and agree to and with the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns, that they the said parties of the first part and their heirs, all and singular the hereditaments and premises here in above described and granted, or mentioned, and intented so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns, against them the said parties of the first part, and their heirs, and against all and every other person or persons whosoever lawfully claming, or to claim the same or any part thereof,

Shall And Will Warrant And Forever Defend.

In Witness Thereof, the said parties of the first have to these presents set their hands and seals dated the day and year first above written.

On this 18 th of August A.D. 1899 before me the Justic of the Peace personally came J. W. Doverspike and wife Catharine Philip Doverspike and Louisa Doverspike his wife who in due form of law acknowledge the forgoing Indenture to be their act and deed and desires that the same might be recorded as such.

The said Catharine Doverspike and Louisa Doverspike being of full age, and by me examined seperate and apart from their said husband, and contents of the said Indenture being first made fully known to them declare that they did voluntarily of their own free will and second sign seal, and as their act and deed deliver the same without any coercion or compulsion of their said husbands.
