Know all me by these presents that we Fredrick Shick and Sarah Shick of Kalamazoo County and State of Michigan parties of the first part.

For and in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars to them in hand paid by John M. Shick of Red Bank Township Armstrong County party of the the second part.

The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and thereof is quit and forever release quit-claim and discharged the said John M. Shick party of the second part his heirs excutors and administrators by these presents have released and forever quit-claim unto the said paety of the second part and to his heirs and assigns all my share profit divident right title interest property claim and demand whatever in law or equity or otherwise of into or out of all them certain devises made and decreed upon in writing by said Jacob Shick Sr. in his lifetime and the said John M. Shick party of the second part to these presents by Article of Agreement dated second day of April 1870 for sale and transfer of all that certain tract of land situated in Red Bank Township Armstrong County and State of Pennsylvania.

Bounded and described on the north land of Widow Miller on the east by land of Mashias Houph Adam Shick now John Harmon on the south by land of John Harman and Jacob Shelby and on the west by lands of Benwell Kunselman and William Horn and to contain ninety eight acers neat measure.

The same being recorded in the Office for Recording Deeds in the County of Armstrong Pennsylvania.

In Deed Book Vol. 40 Page 271 and 272 on the 4 day of December 1871 and will more fully and at large appear.

Together with all and sigulars the tentaments hereditaments and appurtenances, whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining.

To Have And To Hold all their right title and interest and demand whatsoever as in law and equity of the said party of te first part his heirs and assigns Forever.

On the 6 th day of January before me Lynell Raynes Jr, Notory Public duly commissioned for the said County came Fredrick Shick and Sarah Shick his wife and acknowledge the forgoing Indenture and release to be her act and deed, and desire to have it recorded as such.

The said Sarah being of full age, and by me examined seperate and apart from her said husband and the contents of said deed being made fully know to her therefore declared that she did volentarly and as her own free will and accord signed sealed and as her act a deed delievered the same without coersion or compulsion from her said husband.
