This Indenture made the first day of September eighteen hundred and eighty.

Between Lizzie B. Geist of the Township of Elder and County of Armstrong and State of Pennsylvania of the first part and Louisa A. Doverspike of the Township of Red Bank County of Armstrong and State aforesaid of the second part.

Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred and fifty dollars lawful money of the United States of America unto them well and truely paid by the party of the second part at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipts of which is hereby acknowledged.

Have granted, bargained, sold aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents Do grant, bargain, sell alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, heirs and assigns forever, all the following descibed property, viz:

A lot or percel of land situated in Red Bank Township Armstrong County and State of Pennsylvania.

Bounded and described as follows wit:

Beginning at a post by lands of Peter Behm twenty nine and one half percels west by lands of Jacob Harmon to a post, thence south by lands John Reichard eighty percels to a post east by lands of Philip Doverspike twenty six percels to a Cherry, thence north nine and one half percels by land of Peter Behm to the place of the beginning.

Containing one and one fourth acer more or less.

The same being a part of two tracts of land conveyed and confirmed to Samuel Copenhaver Deed Lot No. 1

The said Kunselman John and Magdalena Kunselman his wife did by Deed dated the 10th day of April A. D. 1855 conveyed and confirmed unto the said Samuel Copenhaver Lot No. 2

The said Wm Buffington Administrator of John Hendricks (Deceased) did by administration Deed dated the 23 day of July A.D 1866 conveyed and confirmed unto Samuel Copenhaver and the said Samuel Copenhaver and wife did by Deed dated the 26th day of February A.D. 1877 convey and confirm unto Lizzie B. Guest the present grantor.

Together with all sigulars the said property, improvements, ways, water courses, rights, liberties, priviledges, hereditaments and appurtenances, whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining and revisions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and also all estate rights title, interest property, claim and demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part, in law, equity or otherwise however, of, in and to the same and every part thereof,

To Have And To Hold said one acer and on fourh more or less with the hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned, and intented so to be, with the appurtenance, unto said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns Forever.

And Lizzie B. Geist the said party of the first part, for herselfs her heirs, executors and administrators, do by these presents, convenant, grant agree to and with the said part of second part, her heirs and assigns, that they, the said parties of the first part, and their heirs, all and singular, the hereditiments and promises herein above described and granted or mentioned, and intented so to be, with appurtenances, unto said party of the second part her heirs and assigns, against them, the said parties of the first part, and their heirs, and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the same or any part thereof.

Shall And Will Warrant And Forever Defend.
