Between Philip Doverspike of the Township of Redbank County of Clarion State of Pennsylvania of the first part and William Doverspike John Doverspike Gabriel Miller all trustees in trust all three of Township County and State aforesaid, of the second part.

Witnesseth:

That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of fifteen dollars lawful money of the United States of America, unto them well and truly paid by said party of the second part at or before the sealing an delivery of these presents, the receipts, of which is hereby acknowledged, Have granted, bargained, sold aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents Do grant, bargain, sell alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns.

All that certain lot of ground situated and lying in Redbank Township, Clarion County and State of Pennsylvania.

Bounded and described as follows viz:

Beginning at a point on the south east corner, thence by lands of Philip Doverspike south east 12 1/2 twelve and one half degrees (10) percels to a point, thence southwest seventy eight and one half degrees west seven (7) percels to a post percel, thence, north 12 1/2 twelve and one half degrees west (10) ten percels to a post, ajoining lands of Wm Doverspike, thence by land of said Wm Doverspike north 78 1/2 degrees east seven (7) percels to a post, or place of the beginning.

Containing seventy percels.

Being part of a larger tract of land conveyed on Warrant No. 3838 dated the 27 day of April 1793 and patented to John Sloan by patent dated 14 June 1812 in Patent Book H. No. 8 Page 5 and conveyed by the said John Sloan and David Silvis by Indenture dated 17 November 1817.

Recorded in Office for Recording Deeds in and for Armstrong County.

Book Vol. 3 Page 265 and conveyed by said David Silvis and wife to Conrad Silvis by deed dated the 18 day of December 1837 and by said Conrad Silvis and Ann his wife to Philip Doverspike.

By deed dated the nineth day of August 1858, and now by the said Philip Doverspike to said William Doverspike John Doverspike and Gabreil Miller all tustees and in trust for a Burying Ground for use of the Evangelical Association of North America and all such persons as has or may assist in paying for or contribute in any way for the improvement of the said Burying Ground.

Together with all sigulars the Buildings improvements, ways, water courses, rights, liberties, priviledges, hereditaments and appurtenances, whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining and revisions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and also all estate rights title, interest property, claim and demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part, in law, equity or otherwise however, of, in and to the same and every part thereof,

To Have And To Hold said described piece or parcel of ground as afore said described for Buying Ground for said Association as aforesaid with hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned, and intented so to be, with the appurtenance, unto said party of the second part, heirs and assigns Forever.

And the said Philip Doverspike his heirs these the said party of the first part, for their heirs, executors and administrators, Do by these presents, convenant, grant agree to and with the said part of second part, their heirs and assigns, that they, the said parties of the first part, and their heirs, all and singular, the hereditiments and premises herein above described and granted or mentioned, and intented so to be, with appurtenances, unto said party of the second part their heirs and assigns, against them, the said parties of the first part, and their heirs, and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the same or any part thereof.

Shall And Will Warrant And Forever Defend.

Anno Domini 1872 before me a Justic of the Peace in a for said county came the above named Philip Doverspike wife- and acknowledged the above Indenture to be ----- act and deed, and desired that the same might be recorded as such, ---- the ---- being of full age, and by me examined, seperate and apart from ---- said husband, and the contents of the said Indenture being first made know to ----, declared that --- did, of --- own free will and accord, sign and seal, and as --- act and deed delievered the same, without any coercion of said husbnd.
