This Indenture made the tenth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty two.

Between Soloman Kunsleman and Lydia his wife of the Town of Freemont County of Schuylkill and State of Pennsylvania of the one part and Philip Doverspike of the County of Armstrong of the second part.

Witnesseth:

That the said Soloman Kunsleman and Lydia his wife for and in consideration of the sum of eight hundred Dollars lawful money of the United States to them in hand paid by said Philip Doverspike at or before the sealing an delivery hereof the receipts, whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold aligned, enfeoffed, released and confirmed, and by these present do grant, bargain, sell alien, enfeoff, release, and confirm unto the said Philip Doverspike his heirs and asign all the part herein described of a certain tract of land which the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania did grant unto Wilhelm Willink and others by deed of their Attorney Charles C. Greskeio dates the 17th November 1836 conveyed to John Mohney as part of the same containing 188 acers

And all being situated in the Township of Redbank County of Armstrong and State of Pennsylvania and the said John Mohney and Catherine his wife by their deed dates the 28th day of April 1838 conveyed the same to Daniel Kunsleman party hereto with Lydia his wife by these present, hereby conveys the Same to Philip Doverspike to wit.

Ninty two acers and one hundred and eighteen percels and the allowances bounded and described as follows to wit.

Beginning at a Chesnut thence by land of Mary Smith west two hundred and fourty percels to a post thence by land of John Holben and to seventy seven percels to a stone thence by the same land east one hundred and twenty two and three tenths percels to a stone thence south eighty eight and one half degrees east two and one half percels to a maple north fourteen degrees east ten and one half percels to a stone and thence east eighty percels to a post and thence by land of J. Hendricks and G. Doverspike, seventy seven perches to the place of the beginning.

Containing ninety two acers and one hundred and eighteen percels and allowances of six per cent.

Together with all singulars the building, improvements, woods ways, water-courses rights, liberties, priviledge hereditaments and appurtenances, whatsoever thereunto belonging, is in anywise appertaining and revisions and remainders, rents, issues and properties thereof:

And also all estate rights title, interest property, claim and demand whatsoever of the said Soloman Kunselman and Lydia his wife in care equity, otherwise however in and to the same.

To Have And Hold the said ninety two acers and one hundred eighty percels by land with the improvements, herediments and premise hereby grantee, or mentioned as intended so to be with the appurtenances, unto the said Philip Doverspike covenants, promise and agree to and with the said Philip Doverspike his heirs and asigns by those present that they the said Soloman Kunselman and Lydia his wife and theirs heirs, the said described piece of land with the improvements hereby, grantees, with appurtenances, unto the said Philip Doverspike, his heirs and assigns, against them the said Soloman Kunselman and Lydia his wife and their heirs, and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the same.

Shall And Will Warrant And Forever Defend, by theses presents

The said Solomon Kunselman and Lydia his wife have hereto set their hands and seals this day and year first above written.

Recieved on the day of the day of the above Indenture of and from the above Philip Doverspike the sum of eight hundred Dollars lawful money of the United States, being consideration money above mentioned in full.

Before me H. F. Heintzelman a Justic of Peace in and for the County of Schuylkill personally came the above named Solomon Kunselman and Lydia his wife and acknowledged the above Indenture to be their act and deed and desire the same might be recorded as such.

She the said Lydia being of full age and being by me examined seperate and apart from her said husband, and the contents of the said Indenture being first made fully know to he, declared that she did of her own free will and accord sign, seal, and as her act and deed, delivered, the same without any coercion or compulsion of her said husband.
