This Indenture made the 7th day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fourty two.

Between John Daubenspike and Catherine his wife of the Township of Red Bank in the County of Armstrong and State of Pennsylvania of the one part, and James T. and George S. Putney of the same place of the othe part.

Witnessth that the said John Daubenspike and Catherine his wife for and in consideration of the sum of ten dollars lawful money of the United States to them in hand paid by the said James T. and George S. Putney at or before the sealing or delivery herof the receipts whereof is hereby acknowldge have granted bargained sell align enfeoff release and confirm with the said James T. and George S. Putney and their heirs and assigns all the following described land situated in the Township and County aforesaid and bounded as follows to wit:

Beginning at a Maple stump standing on the bank of Mahoning, thence up said creek north twenty seven and a 1/2 degrees west west nineteen percels to a Hemlock stump, thence by lands of which this is a part north eighty eight degrees east thirteen and 2/10 percels to Berch and south seventeen degrees east nineteen percels to a post and thence by other lands of said Putneys west eleven percels to the place of the beginning.

Containing about one acer and ten percels with the allowances being part of a larger survey that the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania granted Wilhem Willink and others by patent dated 11th February A D 1829 which said tract of land was in performance of a warrant number 3000 and whereas said Wilhem Willink and others by their attorney in fact C. C. Cashill did on the 17th day of [?[ 1829 convey the same with the appertinances unto the said John Daubenspike the present grantor recorded in the office for Recording of Deeds in and for the said County in Book No. 6 Page 485 and 486 reference being will more fully and at large appear.

Together with all sigulars, buildings woods, ways, water courses, rights, liberties, priviledges, hereditaments and appurtenances, whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining and revisions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and also all estate rights title, interest property, claim and demand whatsoever of the said John Daubenspike and Catherine his wife however of in and to the same.

To have and to hold the said discribed tract piece or percel of land hertiments and premises hereby granted or mentioned or intented so to be with the appertances unto the said James T. and George S. Putney their heirs and assigns to and for the only proper use benifit and behoof of them the said James T. and George Putney their heirs and assigns forever.

And the said John Daubenspike and Catherine his wife do covent promise and agree with the said James T. and George S. Putney their heirs and assigns by these presents that the said John Daubenspike and Catherine his wife and their heirs the sid discribed tract piece or parcel of land granted with the appertenances unto the said James T. and George S. Putney their heirs and assigns againts them the said John Daubenspike and Catherine his wife and their heirs and agaist all and everyother person or persons whosoeve claiming or to claim the same Shall warrant and forever defend.

In witness whereof the said John Daubenspike and Catherine his wife have hereto set there hand and seal this day and year above written.
