This Indenture made the twenty first day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty five.

Between William Meals of Red Bank Township Armstrong County and State of Pennsylvania of the first part and Christian Shick and Jacob Miller both of said Township of Red Bank.

Trustees of the children of John Miller and Mary Miller late Mary Shick party of the second part.

Witnesseth:

That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars to him in hand paid by said party of the second part at or before the sealing an delivery of these presents, the receipts, of which is hereby acknowledged, Hath granted, bargained, sold aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, in trust for the use of the children of the aforesaid John Miller and Mary his wife.

A certain tact of land situated in the aforesaid Township of Red Bank.

Bounded and described as follows wit:

Beginning at a Chestnut thence by land of Henry Pence south one hundred and seventy percels to a post thence by lands of Nicholas Roads west one hundred and twenty one percels to a post thence by other lands of William Meals north eighty four and three fourth percels to a post east fourty two percels to a post south eighty four and three fourth percels to a post thence by lands of James Henry east seventy nine percels to the beginning.

Containing one hundred acers and allowances.

It being part of a large tract that Nicholas Roads and Polly his wife by their deed dated November 20 1834 did sell and convey to William Meals his heirs and assigns which deed is recorded in the office for recording deeds in and for the County of Armstrong in Book Vol. 8 Page 481-2 reference thereto being had will fully appear.

Together with all sigulars, rights, liberties, priviledges, hereditaments and appurtenances, whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and also all estate rights title, interest property, claim and demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part, in law, equity or otherwise however, of, in and to the same.

To Have And To Hold said tract of one hundred acers allowances of land hereditaments and premises hereby granted and sold unto the said Christian Shick and Jacob Miller Tustees as aforesaid and to their successours in trust for the use of the children of the said John Miller and Mary his wife to the only proper use benefit and behoof of them the "children of the said John Miller and Mary his wife Forever.

And futher the said parties of the first part, for himself his heirs, executors and administrators, doth hereby convenant, grant agree to and with the party of second part, their successours officer heirs and assigns, that the above described tract of one hundred acers and allowances of land hereditiments and promises hereby granted and sold with the appurtenances, unto the party of the second part he the said party of the first part, and his heirs, and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the same or any part thereof.

They Will Warrant And Forever Defend.

Before me the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and for the County of Armstrong personally came William Meals and acknowledge the foregoing Indenture to be his act and deed, and that as such it might be recorded.
