Between Wilhem Willink, Wahave Van Heckelem, Jan Van Eghen, Wilhem Willink Jr, Gerritt Schimmilyrennick, Rutjar Jan's Son, all of the Kingdom of Holland, by Charles C. Gaskie their Attorney in fact duly constituted of the first part and John Daubenspike of Armstrong County State of Pennsylvania of the second part.

Whereas the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by Patent under the seal of said Commonwealth dated the twenty third day of November A D 1827 did grant and confirm unto the said Wilhem Willink and others a certain tract of land containing 990 acers situated in Brodhead's [?] former District No. six now in the County of Armstrong which said tract of land was surveryed and retured upon warrant number 3119 as by reference to said Patent enrolled in the rolls office in Patent Book H Volume 26 Page 12 reference thereunto being had will more fully reveal.

And whereas the said party of the second part has become the [?] of the tract of land and premises hereafter discribed being part of the above mentioned tract of land.

Now this Indenture witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of twenty eight dollars and ninety five cents to said party of the first part in hand well and truly paid by the said party of the second part at and before the sealing and delivery of these present the receipts whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents Do grant bargain sell convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns.

All that certain tract of land situated in Wayne Township Armstrong County State of Pennsylvania.

Bounded and discribed as follows viz:

Beginning at a Chestnut on the south side of Mahoning Creek, thence by lands of said John Daubenspike south one hundred and thirty percels and 3/8 to a post corner of land of R. Houghton, thence by land of said Houghton east sixty five and 3/5 percels to a Chestnut, thence by land of R. Houghton north one hundred and seven percels to a post on big Mahoning Creek, thence down said creek the several couses thereof seventy percels to the place of the beginning.

Containing fifty six acers and forty six percels and allowance of six percent being part of a tract No. 320 of Holland Land Company's land surveyed and returned on warrant number 3119.

Together with all sigulars the hereditaments and appurtenances, whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining and all the estate rights title, interest property, claim and demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part, in law, equity or otherwise however, of, in and to the same and every part thereof,

To Have And To Hold said land with the hereditaments and premises hereby granted with the appurtenance, unto said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns to the only proper use benifit and behoof of the said part of the second part and his heirs and assigns Forever.

And the said parties of the first part, for themselfs their heirs, executors and administrators, do by these presents, convenant, grant agree to and with the said part of second part, his heirs and assigns, that they, the said parties of the first part, and their heirs, the above granted and bargained promises and every part and premise thereof with, appurtenances, unto said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, against them, the said parties of the first part, and their heirs, and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the same or any part thereof.

Shall And Will Warrant And Forever Defend by these presents.

In Witness Whereof. The said parties of the first part by their said Attorney to these presents have set their hands and seals.

Gaskies and acknowledge the above written Indenture to be the act deed and desire of the said Wilhem Willink et al by him the said Charles C. Gaskies, their Attorney in fact duly constituted and desires it to be so recorded.
