Pesonally came before me, the Register of Wills. &c., in and for the said County, William L. Daubenspeck a resident of Washington Township in said County, who being duly sworn according to law, deposeth and said that, to the best of his knowledge and belief S. L. Daubenspeck late of the Township of Washington in said County, departed this life on the 2nd day of April A. D. 1865 in Battle of said day.

Personally came before me W. J. Adams, Register of Wills in and for said county, the following name, viz:

Daniel C. or E. Daubenspeck and N. H. Thompson, who, upon their oath, did say they, at the request of William L. Daubenspeck would well and truly, without prejudices or partiality, value and appraise the goods and chattels, right and credits which were of S. L. Daubenspeck (deceased), and in all respects perform their duties as appaisers to the best of their ablity and judgement.
