I, Christian Daubenspeck, of the villiage of North Washington Butler County, Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory do make, published, declare, this to be my last will .

1st - all my just depts and funeral exspenses shall be full paid.

2nd = I give devise and bequeath all the rest of my property Real Estate and personal to my Daughter Catharine E. Daubenspeck.

3rd - I nominate Catharine E. Daubenspeck to be my Executor of my will in witness where of I have hereto set my hand and seal this February 5th 1906

Personally came before me, the Register of Wills, &o., in and for the County, Catharine E. Daubenspeck a resident of N. Washington in said County, who being duly sworn according to law, deposeth and said that, to the best of her knowledge and belief Christian Daubenspeck late of the town of North Washington in said County, departed this life on the 10th day of February A. D. 1907 about 1:35 o'clock A. M. of said day.

Before me, the subscribe, Register for probate of wills and granting letters of administration, &o., in the said county, personally came Catharine E. Daubenspeck and J. W. Gibson and Susan Harper who being duly sworn according to law, depose and say that they were well acquainted with Christian Daubenspeck whose name appears to the above forgoing will and testament dated the fifth day of February 1906, and this day offered for probate, that they are well acquainted with the handwriting of said Christian Daubenspeck having freguently seen him sign his name, that to the best of their knowledge and belief the signature of said Christian Daubenspeck as signed to said instrument is genuine and his own proper handwriting.

Deponents further testify that the will it's self is also in the handwriting of Christian Daubenspeck.
