He married Mary DALTON. (Mary DALTON is #403.) Mary was born 1864. At 25 years of age Mary became the mother of John Francis ATKINSON 1889.
At 27 years of age Thomas became the father of John Francis ATKINSON 1889.
Historical events during the life of Thomas ATKINSON: The world's first underground railway opens beneath the streets of London on January 10, 1863; 30 000 London dockers go on strike on August 19, 1889.
