First Husband of Annie Schultz was Captain John Rowland/Rolan. She then married James Messer who was killed in the Civil War. She then married William Wesley OLDHAM, SR 1862 in McNairy County, Tennessee. He had come to Tennessee from North Carolina with 5 small children of two previous wives, who were sisters Mary ROGERS and Sarah ROGERS, both died in North Carolina before the move to Tennessee. In Tennessee he married Elizabeth Nall and had two children before her death 1862. He then married widow Annie Schultz in Tennessee. Four of her children were born in Tennessee, they moved with other families to Arkansas where two children were born and then in Montague County, Texas where four children were born.
