if anyone else wants to make a stab at transcribing the 1720 document,
I can send you the pdf file.
Note: no where on either document can I make out that he was Levy free
because he was old & infirm.

Peter Carricoe, by his just [...] Setts forth that notwithstanding
the order of Court in June 1719 [to discharge] him from paying Levy he
has been [(ill.) Taxed or named?]
in the Constable's Lists as a Taxable for the years 1719 & 1720
& humbly
praies that he may be repaid the s'd Levies [...] that he have [...]
of his pat'o by a Listable[?] allowance to be made him in the [?] &
by County Levy.
