William Wilson late of Charles County was presented by the Grand Inquest for ye body of this County for breaking upon two hogs heads of to- =bacco belonging to William Nowman of this County Cooper and [ ] pilferring stealing taking & carrying away [ ] [ ] William Wilson being present here in Coart in his proper per- =son is Comitted unto ye Custody of ye sherife of this Counto to re- =main until [ ] |

Ninth day of March in ye year of ye Reign of Our Savereign Lord William ye third by ye Grase of God of England Scotland France & Ireland King Defender of ye faith &c and ye yeare of our Lord 1696 before ye Justices of our Sovereign Lord & King for Charles County William Noman Coo- =per Jane Dawson, Peter Callicoe, Joseph Waters, James Waters, George Diamond junior in their proper persons and acknowledged themselves severally and Every of them by himselfe to be Indebted unto Our Sovereign Lord & King in ye sum of ten pounds of good & lawful money of England [ ] to be made & le- =viyed on their land & tenaments goods & chattles to whose hand so ever they shall come. |
