In search of evidence of
Spring....Tulips are up and growing!
|
|
Snowdrops are blooming
under the fir tree.
|
|
A rosemary blossom peeks
out from the greenery.

|
A Primrose blossom speaks
of Springtime.
|
|
Of course, I had to get
this picture of the pretty flowers that Valorie gave
me for Valentines Day!

|
Lillie visits for a while
while Carole is in the hospital. Poor thing, she was
sitting inside the door wondering if I was going to
abandon her! I wasn't.

|
On the last day of
February, Paul Herrick invited everyone to meet at
the Yankee Grill in Renton to celebrate Bill
Schaffer's 50th birthday. Our waitress, Rocio, paused
for a picture with Bill.

Jim Lemon took this
picture of Paul Herrick and Bill Schaffer.
|
|
Craig Rhyne told a number
of great stories. He also was discussing the
possibility of getting a hair transplant. Of course,
Paul suggested that perhaps he had a source of
curly-hairs that might be harvested!
|
|
Chris Reilly managed to
look awful in every picture that was taken of him.
Looks like he's a few sheets to the wind. Over the
course of the meal, he told a number of stories,
including one about Steve Simeon that had everyone
busting their guts. Oops, sorry Steve...

|
Randy Russell looked
sharp. He is doing very well in his home remodeling
business and has three month of work lined up. He
showed us his new business card for "Handy
Randy".
|
|
Valorie and Marcia Lemon
had an enjoyable evening catching up on old
times.
|
|
The birthday boy himself.
We weren't sure whether he had just finished telling
us a fishing story, showing us the size of the fish
he had caught, or whether he was trying to tell us
the size of something else.....

Our waitress, Rocio, took
this group photo. From left to right, Chris Reilly,
Bob Zimmerman, Paul Herrick, Bill Schaffer, Dick
Patten, Randy Russell, Valorie Zimmerman, Marcia
