The examples used will mostly be from the United Kingdom, but the general trends will apply worldwide. This site will be heavily populated with photographs. I welcome your contributions in the form of lists of photographers with dates - usually worked up from trade directories or single photographs with an original date written on it - from any country to add to this site.
